By using the Musk Luxury website (muskluxury.com) or app, or by placing any order through it, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
About the Store
Musk Luxury is an independent Saudi maker and retailer of perfumes, oud oil, incense, personal care products and apothecary goods. It operates under Freelance Document No. FL-500000748 and is registered on the Saudi Business Platform under No. 0000011840.
Eligibility and Account
You must have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence to complete a purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account. The store may suspend any account used improperly.
Products and Pricing
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and in the other currencies offered by the store, and may change without prior notice. We work to present accurate images and descriptions, allowing for colour variation between screens and for the natural variation found in handmade and natural products such as oud oil and incense.
Orders and Confirmation
An order is accepted only once payment is confirmed and a confirmation notice is issued. The store may refuse or cancel any order in cases of stock shortage, pricing or description error, or suspected fraudulent use, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Payment
We accept Mada, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay and bank transfer. Payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway, and the store does not retain your card details.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Saudi Arabia and to the Gulf states through approved delivery partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions or public holidays. Any customs duties or taxes outside Saudi Arabia are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and Exchange
Return and exchange requests are governed by the Return and Exchange Policy published in the store, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions. Opened or used items from the personal care and fragrance categories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the defect originates from the source.
Offers and Coupons
Discount codes apply under the conditions of each offer, once per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined with other offers. The store may cancel any coupon that is misused.
Nature of Our Products
Musk Luxury products are intended for cosmetic and personal care use. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical advice. We recommend testing the product on a small area of skin before use, and discontinuing it immediately if any sensitivity appears.
Intellectual Property
All store content, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by Musk Luxury and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The store and its content are provided "as is". Musk Luxury is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and its liability shall in all cases not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
Privacy
The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy published in the store.
Changes to These Terms
The store may amend these terms and conditions at any time, effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of the store after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent judicial authorities shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
