Musk Luxury is an independent Saudi store based in Jeddah, specializing in making and selling perfumes, oud oil, incense, personal care products and traditional herbal goods. It operates under Freelance Document No. FL-500000748 and is registered on the Saudi Business Platform under No. 0000011840.
Eligibility and Use of the Website
Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are granted the right to use the website for personal shopping only. Using it for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party without prior permission, or in any way that harms the website or its users, is prohibited. Any violation entitles the store to suspend the account or cancel the order.
Account
Some services require registration, and by registering you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. By registering, you agree to receive promotional messages from the store, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Products and Prices
Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals and in the other currencies available in the store, and may change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies. We take care to present accurate images and descriptions, taking into account color differences between screens and the natural variation in natural and handmade products such as oud oil and incense.
Order Confirmation
An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and a confirmation notice is issued. The store may request additional information for verification before accepting an order. The store may also refuse or cancel any order in case of stock shortage, a pricing or description error, or suspected fraudulent use. In such cases the amount paid is refunded in full.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, the exchange and return terms below apply.
Payment
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay and bank transfer. Payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway, and the store does not keep your card details.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Saudi Arabia and to the GCC countries through approved delivery partners. Delivery within the Kingdom takes 3 to 5 business days and may extend to 10 days during peak seasons, while delivery times to GCC countries vary by country. These times are estimates and may be affected by shipping conditions or public holidays. Any customs duties or taxes outside the Kingdom are borne by the buyer. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal to receive the order, the customer bears the reshipping cost.
Exchanges and Returns
To ensure your satisfaction and safety, the following terms govern exchanges and returns in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom.
Period
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is defective, damaged or does not match the description shown in the store, this right extends to 30 days from the date of receipt.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its intact original packaging. It must include all its accessories, labels and any gifts included, and be in a resellable condition.
Excluded Products
For health reasons and to protect public safety, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned once their original seal or container has been opened: perfumes, oud and musk oils, body mists, deodorants and alum products, creams and personal care products. Food products such as honey, saffron and date syrup also cannot be returned once opened. All of this does not apply in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Incense and Oud
Incense and oud may be returned in packs of 28 grams or more, provided no more than 2 grams have been used for testing. Smaller packs are accepted only if unopened.
Defective or Non-Matching Products
Please attach photos showing the defect or discrepancy when submitting your request. After we receive and inspect the product and confirm the defect, you will be refunded its price along with the shipping fees you paid at purchase, or it will be replaced with a sound product, as you prefer.
Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is at the customer's request with no defect, the customer bears the return shipping cost. In the case of a manufacturing defect, damage or an incorrect item sent, the store bears all costs.
How to Submit a Request
Requests are submitted through the My Account page in the store. Go to My Account, then Exchanges and Returns, select the order, start the process and track its status step by step.
Refunds
After the returned product is received, inspected and confirmed to meet the conditions, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary by bank.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
- The request is submitted after the specified period.
- The product is used, damaged through misuse, or not in the condition in which it was received.
- Any part of the package contents, accessories or original packaging is missing.
- The excluded products listed above.
Offers and Coupons
Discount codes are used according to the terms of each offer, once per customer unless otherwise stated. They cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer states so. The store may cancel any coupon that is misused. When a discounted product is returned, the amount actually paid after the discount is refunded.
Nature of Products
Musk Luxury products are not medicines and do not replace medical advice. Personal care products are for external use only; we recommend testing them on a small area of skin first and stopping use immediately if any irritation appears. We recommend consulting a doctor before taking supplements, especially for pregnant or breastfeeding women and people with chronic conditions.
Intellectual Property
All store content, including texts, images, logos, designs and videos, is owned by Musk Luxury and protected under the copyright and trademark regulations of Saudi Arabia. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The store and its content are provided as is. Musk Luxury is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products, and its liability shall in no case exceed the value of the order in dispute.
Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published in the store.
Changes to These Terms
The store may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and amendments take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the store after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended version, and each order is governed by the terms published at the time it was placed.
Governing Law and Language
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. These terms are available in Arabic and English, and in case of any conflict, the Arabic text prevails.
